3、 Third, professional cold bending rolling mill , automatic crunching machine and curving machine are adopted in manufacturing of the racks and the racks are tested by advanced testing equipment.

4、 Fourth, the jointing of pedestal is accordance with national standard and ensured fastness and even of jointing ,avoided false and falling off of jointing.

5、 Fifth , the suface pre-process and spraying coating of rack and related components are all undertaking by automatic sparying coating line ,the procedure is acid washing –water washing –degreasing-water washing-suface process –drying-static spraying-drying-testing-packing-putting in storage , the spraying complies with GB9628 standard


After Sale Service ：

1、 First,our professional installation team are responsible for racks installation and testing.

2、 Second , the repairing quarantee period :The valid repairing period is one year and life long maintenance that damage caused by none human element (force majeure is not concluded) ,We would make response as soon as we received the notice and make maintenance solution and send out staff within eight hours that damage caused by our design , producing and transportation and installation .

3、 Third, we would repair the products if the damage is cuased by customers and the repair cost should be paid by customer themselves.
